Steps

  1. Pour the bird seed into a shallow pan or tray to make it easier to roll the feeder in.

  3. Using the plastic knife, scoop a small amount of peanut butter and spread it evenly all around the outside of the cardboard roll.

  5. Ensure the peanut butter covers the top and bottom edges of the roll so the seeds stick everywhere.
  6. Roll the peanut-butter-covered craft roll through the bird seed in the pan, pressing down gently so the seeds adhere to the sticky surface.

  8. Shake off any excess seeds that aren't stuck to the roll.
