Caterpillar Egg Carton Craft

- cardboard egg carton (12-count, 1)
- acrylic paint (green, 2 oz)
- acrylic paint (red, 2 oz)
- googly eyes (10mm, 2)
- school glue (1 bottle)
- pipe cleaners (green, 2)

Steps
- Carefully cut a strip of 4 to 6 connected cups from the egg carton using scissors.
- Paint the entire strip of egg carton cups green to create the caterpillar's body.
- Paint the first cup (the head) red to make it stand out.
- Allow the paint to dry completely before moving to the next step.
- Apply a small dot of glue to the front of the red cup and press the two googly eyes into place.
- Poke two small holes in the top of the red cup using the tip of the scissors (adult help recommended).
- Cut the green pipe cleaners into two equal pieces (about 3 inches each) and thread them through the holes to create antennae.
- Twist the ends of the pipe cleaners to secure them in place.
