DIY Fruit Smoothie Popsicles
Create three different flavors of healthy, refreshing frozen treats using blended fruits and yogurt. Kids will learn how to combine flavors and use a blender to make a nutritious summer snack.
Materials
- frozen pineapple (1 cup)
- frozen mango (1 cup)
- banana (1 medium)
- coconut beverage (1 cup)
- frozen mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries) (2 cups)
- vanilla-flavored yogurt (1 cup)
- vanilla-flavored almond milk (1 cup)
- frozen peaches (2 cups)
- orange juice (1 cup)

- silicone popsicle molds with lids (3 cavities per flavor, 9 total)
- popsicle sticks (9)
- popsicle funnel (1, optional)

Steps
- To make Hawaiian Cream Pops: Add 1 cup frozen pineapple, 1 cup frozen mango, 1 banana, and 1 cup coconut beverage to the blender.
- Blend the Hawaiian Cream mixture until smooth.
- Using the popsicle funnel, pour the mixture into the silicone molds.
- To make Very Berry Pops: Add 2 cups frozen mixed berries, 1 cup vanilla yogurt, and 1 cup vanilla almond milk to the blender.
- Blend the berry mixture until smooth and pour into the silicone molds using the funnel.
- To make Peachy Pops: Add 2 cups frozen peaches, 1 cup vanilla yogurt, and 1 cup orange juice to the blender.
- Blend the peach mixture until smooth and pour into the silicone molds using the funnel.
- Place the lids on the molds and insert a popsicle stick into each slot.
- Place the molds in the freezer for 4 to 6 hours, or until the popsicles are completely solid.
- To serve, gently push the popsicles out of the flexible silicone molds and enjoy!
