Steps

  1. Place a white plate on a flat surface.
  2. Arrange the Skittles in a circle around the outer edge of the plate. You can place them in rainbow order or in a random pattern for more excitement.
  3. Slowly pour cold water into the center of the plate.
  4. Continue pouring until the water level reaches the edge of the Skittles, ensuring the water touches each candy but does not completely cover them.
  5. Watch as the sugar coating and dye dissolve and bleed toward the center of the plate to create a rainbow effect.
