Materials
- white school glue (PVA glue, 1/4 cup)
- borax powder (1 tsp)
- warm water (3/4 cup)
- cornstarch (1 tbsp)
- food coloring (2-3 drops)

Steps
- Fill the mixing bowl with 3/4 cup of warm water and stir in 1 teaspoon of borax powder until it is completely dissolved.
- In a separate small container, pour 1/4 cup of white school glue.
- Add 1 tablespoon of cornstarch to the glue and stir until smooth.
- Add 2-3 drops of your favorite food coloring to the glue mixture and stir until the color is even.
- Pour the glue mixture into the borax water solution.
- Use the spoon to stir the mixture gently. You will notice the glue starting to clump together and separate from the water.
- Once the ball has formed a solid mass, lift it out of the water with the spoon.
- Rinse the ball under cool water to remove any excess borax solution.
- Roll the ball between your palms and fingers for 2-3 minutes to shape it into a perfect sphere and make it firmer.
- Drop your new bouncy ball on a hard surface to test its bounce!
