• metal paperclips (10-15)

Steps

1. Hold the magnet firmly in one hand.
2. Take one paperclip and touch it to the magnet so it sticks.
3. Slowly and carefully add a second paperclip to the bottom of the first one while the magnet is still holding the top clip.
4. Continue adding paperclips one by one to the bottom of the chain, ensuring each new clip attaches to the previous one while the magnet supports the weight of the chain.
5. Once you have reached your desired length, carefully move the magnet away from the top paperclip to see if the chain stays together.
